The Cambridge Singing for Breathing group has been set up for people with chronic lung
health problems such as COPD, IPF, and asthma. The group began in May 2016 and has proved to be very popular, with new members continuing to join week by week. Members report that the breath and voice exercises have made a difference to their breathing and that they love the singing and the social aspect of the group.

The group meets most Thursday afternoons, 2.30 – 4.00 at Brown’s Field Youth and Community Centre, Green End Road, CB4 1RU

Group leader Kay Barrett is a trained British Lung Foundation Singing for Lung Health leader and receives ongoing mentoring and support from BLF Singing for Lung Health experts.

Cambridge Singing for Breathing is a Talking in Tune Community Music Project.
